From the project
An ESP32-C3 based digital business card / badge with an e-paper display and NFC tap-to-share, designed as a custom PCB in a compact card/badge form factor.
An ESP32-C3 based digital business card / badge with an e-paper display and NFC tap-to-share, designed as a custom PCB in a compact card/badge form factor.
This project is a self-contained electronic business card. It combines a low-power microcontroller, an e-paper display for a persistent, battery-friendly visual, and an NFC tag for one-tap contact sharing on any NFC-enabled phone. The board is designed to fit inside a 3D-printed badge enclosure.

Digital-B-Card: common questions
What microcontroller does the Digital-B-Card use?
The Digital-B-Card is built around the ESP32-C3-MINI-1, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Digital-B-Card PCB?
The Digital-B-Card measures 100 × 60 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Digital-B-Card?
62 components, from 29 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Digital-B-Card design files?
From the AhmedMKAlzoubi/Digital-B-Card repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Digital-B-Card design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with AhmedMKAlzoubi. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Digital-B-Card without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
