Paperflux is an open source ESP32 PCB design by albanpetit: a 4-layer, 33.5 × 50 mm board with 43 components (30 distinct parts). It is built around the TPD4E02B04DQA, AP33772S, AP63203WU, PCA9306 and more. Filed under power & battery.

Open-hardware desk printer that prints your weekly GitHub stats on a thermal ticket: custom ESP32-C3 board with USB-C PD, PlatformIO firmware, Ruby web renderer, and a FreeCAD enclosure.

KiCad project for the PaperFlux board. It takes power from a USB-C PD charger, passes the negotiated voltage on to a thermal printer, and runs the firmware on an ESP32-C3.

The Espressif symbols and footprints come from a git submodule. Fetch it first, or the ESP32-C3 module will show as missing:

- AP33772S (U2) negotiates the PD contract over CC1/CC2, measures current through R6 and temperature through NTC1. It switches the output through the back-to-back MOSFETs Q1/Q2 (DMN3009SFG). - VCC, the switched output, feeds the printer terminal J3 and the AP63203 (U3) 3.3 V buck. The ESP32-C3 is…
