From the project

Portable Biofeedback device for anxiety management

A repository that stores hardware and software files developed for the Portable Biofeedback Device, as worked on and built by students in the Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of the College of Engineering & Computer Science (CECS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, Florida.

The accompanying Android app was developed in Android Studio 3.5.3, making use of Android SDK/API 21 (Android 5).

Test: common questions

What microcontroller does the Test use?

The Test is built around the ESP32-WROOM-32, from the ESP32 family.

How big is the Test PCB?

The Test measures 70.6 × 66.3 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Test?

104 components, from 43 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Test design files?

From the DiegoBriceno03/Portable-Biofeedback repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Test design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with DiegoBriceno03. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Test without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
