A family of boards for Eurorack DSP audio
The dspod_cv1800b is a daughterboard comprising a Sophgo/CVItek CV1800B Linux SoC with 64MB RAM, SD card interface, USB and GPIO + audio I/O.
This project was inspired by the release of the Milk-V Duo development board for the Sophgo/CVItek CV1800B SoC back in late 2023. The main chip is a 1GHz dual-core RISC-V system with integrated DRAM in a DIY-friendly 68-pin QFN package that would allow me to build a single-board audio DSP module at low cost without needing fancy PCB processes of complex assembly.
