Simple As Possible (SAP) 8-bit computer with a modular PCB design

* Change OLED power to 3.3V and add pullup resistors on SDA and SCL

Fix U2 label to 7400 NAND, not 7408 AND Adjust OLED display footprint and position Add interconnect label to Microcode Change reset button from 6mm to 12mm size
