It belongs with the robotics & motion, iot & wireless and power & battery designs in this gallery.

From the project

All-in-one ESP32 P4-based drone ESC, flight controller, and video processor

Filled and capped vias are a must, as the board makes extensive use of via-in-pad. All vias are 0.45/0.25 mm or bigger to avoid incurring extra fees from JLCPCB.

Schematics, layer images and BOM are available in docs/, Gerber files in export/.

P4eregrine: common questions

What microcontroller does the P4eregrine use?

The P4eregrine is built around the ESP32-P4NRW32X, from the ESP32 family.

How big is the P4eregrine PCB?

The P4eregrine measures 39.5 × 39.5 mm, has 6 copper layers and is 1.166 mm thick.

How many components are on the P4eregrine?

314 components, from 53 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the P4eregrine design files?

From the anticitizn/p4eregrine repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the P4eregrine design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with anticitizn. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the P4eregrine without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
