About the 6502fastbb PCB
6502fastbb is an open source PCB design by gfoot, published on GitHub under the Unlicense license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 195.6 × 165.1 mm, with 30 components from 27 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the WD65C02, 71256, I/O PLD, 74AHCT139 and 74HC74. By type, the board carries 15 ICs, 7 resistors, 2 crystals, 1 connector, 1 fuse and 1 switch.
It belongs with the retro computing designs in this gallery.
From the project
Fast PDIP-only 6502-based homebrew computer - code and hardware design sources
This project was used to define a slightly modified circuit for implementation on solderless breadboards, and to plan the layout of the components. It combines the CPU and I/O modules, but has some parts removed which are only relevant to the PCB version such as I/O expansion sockets.
The PCB layout editor shows the positioning of the components on the breadboard, but not the connections between them.
