About the PMAN-IF Interface module

PMAN-IF Interface module is an open source PCB design by pozsarzs, published on GitHub under the EUPL-1.2 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 106.3 × 85.1 mm, with 39 components from 20 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the 74LS138, 74HCT688, 74LS20, 74LS245 and 74HCT4066. By type, the board carries 16 capacitors, 11 ICs, 8 connectors, 3 resistors and 1 switch.

It belongs with the retro computing designs in this gallery.

From the project

8-bit microcomputer built from commercially available and home-built components

The PMAN-IF module is responsible for connecting the 8-digit hexadecimal display, the switch and push-button matrix, and the status LEDs to the system bus. The module requires +5V DC for operation.
