About the Dlr carrier PCB

Dlr carrier is an open source PCB design by arcnode-io, published on GitHub. It is a 4-layer board measuring 120 × 105 mm, with 89 components from 55 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the AP2112K-3.3, LP5907MFX-3.8, BG770A-NA, TXS0108E and DHT22. By type, the board carries 36 capacitors, 24 resistors, 11 connectors, 9 ICs, 4 diodes and 2 transistors.

It belongs with the power & battery, sensors and iot & wireless designs in this gallery.

From the project

Solar-powered RTU sensor HAT for transmission tower DLR deployment

Solar-powered remote terminal unit (RTU) deployed unattended on transmission tower cross-arms. A ~20W solar panel and ~50Wh LiFePO4 battery keep the CM4 running indefinitely with cellular PSM idle. A soldered Quectel BG770A (LTE Cat-M1) publishes sensor data and dynamic ratings to the MQTT broker — no site WiFi or wired backhaul required. The unit is designed for 30-year conductor-adjacent deployment with no scheduled maintenance.
