Firmware for my custom smart-ish-watch, mark II
This folder has a few different subfolders, explained below. The schematic and PCB for the watch were designed using KiCad. All of the development on the current form of the schematic + PCB takes place in the watch2board` folder. The case for the watch was designed in OpenSCAD, and was designed to be 3D printed. The rest of the folders are kept for archival purposes.

Watch2: common questions
What microcontroller does the Watch2 use?
The Watch2 is built around the ESP32-WROVER, from the ESP32 family.
How big is the Watch2 PCB?
The Watch2 measures 48.6 × 35.6 mm and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Watch2?
66 components, from 41 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Watch2 design files?
From the atctwo/watch-II repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Watch2 design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which atctwo chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Watch2 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug ESP32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
