Eurorack Dev Kit for Daisy Seed

- Fixed Height of the module to be eurorack frontpanel standard (128.5mm) - Fixed R73 resistor value typo for gain level (is now 100K) - Re-laid out entire module to look good with the new height, and fix the issue with the CV Out 1 jack being too close to the daisy (alignment should be good) - Updated QR code with new redirect link - Properly grounded the INH pin of the CD4051 - Added Daisy software mappings to the silkscreen - Updated rev text - Swapped CV out 1 and 2 from the seed so that the software channel matches the hardware label
