Pico 2HP Audio is an open source RP2040/RP2350 PCB design by rheslip, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 70 × 30.3 mm, with 57 components from 30 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the RP2350-WAVESHARE, from the RP2040/RP2350 family. Other key parts include the 74LVC1G3157, AMS1117-5.0, LM4040DBZ-10, TL072 and PCM5102A. By type, the board carries 24 capacitors, 15 resistors, 8 ICs, 4 connectors, 2 diodes and 2 inductors.
It belongs with the audio designs in this gallery.
From the project
2HP Eurorack module based on Raspberry Pi Pico 2
Feb 16/2026 - changed R1 to 47 ohms because 2HPico DSP consumes almost twice as much power as the 2HPico changed R10 and R17 to 10k to reduce output amp gains - was getting some clipping at times.
The DSP version uses the same front panel board as the 2HPico but replaces the PT8211 DAC with a PCM5102A audio DAC and adds a PCM1808 audio ADC. This version is intended to be used for audio processing.

Pico 2HP Audio: common questions
What microcontroller does the Pico 2HP Audio use?
The Pico 2HP Audio is built around the RP2350-WAVESHARE, from the RP2040/RP2350 family.
How big is the Pico 2HP Audio PCB?
The Pico 2HP Audio measures 70 × 30.3 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Pico 2HP Audio?
57 components, from 30 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Pico 2HP Audio design files?
From the rheslip/2HPico-Eurorack-Module-Hardware repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Pico 2HP Audio design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with rheslip. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Pico 2HP Audio without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug RP2040/RP2350 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
