From the project

Open source, analog and polyphonic synthesizer

The controller board serves as the equivalent of a synthesizer’s front panel.

For now, we provide a very basic frontend for a subtractive synthesizer. It is more of a demonstration of what can be done than a de facto standard. You can, in principle, design any frontend you like.

The controller board must send its data in MIDI format over the I²C bus to the conductor board.
